I found it in some highbrow Reddit thread (buried next 7 explanation deep below an ad for crypto). Its not upon the App Store, but their site walks you through a workaround. Sketchy? A little. But it works.
Pros:

No watermarks.

Saves in HD. Legit 1080p+.

Audio stays in sync (youd be amazed how rare that is).

Cons:

Annoying setup.

Sometimes fails silently, as soon as it acts in the same way as it saved but nada.

Interface looks bearing in mind Windows XP met a MySpace theme.

Still… its my go-to. I even have a shortcut widget.

Why doesnt Instagram just let us pull off this? I mean, TikTok lets you save subsequent to audio (sorta), but IG acts following Reels are nuclear instigation codes. Wild.
